Terrell is a co-founder of SVN | Providence Realty Advisors. The company primarily operates in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area including northern Virginia and nearby Maryland counties.
Terrell brings more than 35 years of experience acquiring, leasing, operating, and selling commercial real estate in the Washington DC region. He provides strategic counsel and insightful advice for his clients and is a savvy negotiator on their behalf. Unlike a typical transaction-focused broker, Terrell’s experience and keen ability to evaluate and assess commercial properties maximize value for his clients. Clients directly benefit from his in-depth understanding and firsthand experience across many facets of commercial real estate.
Terrell previously founded several commercial real estate companies and has served as a principal and managing partner of numerous commercial real estate syndications. He has personally consummated over a thousand commercial real estate transactions ranging in value up to $36 million. Terrell’s current practice has two primary focuses: investment sales and representing landlords in leasing office and flex/warehouse properties.
Terrell is a northern Virginia native and has lived there his entire life. He earned a B.B.A. from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. He is a noted commentator on commercial real estate and has written for the Washington (DC) Business Journal among other publications.
Terrell and his wife live in McLean, VA, and enjoy vacationing in unique places.
